The private practice dr Kučan was opened in 1995. It is equipped with contemporary dental appliances and located in the scenic town of Hreljin, above the bay of Bakar, in the immediate vicinity of Rijeka.

Dr. Darko Kučan, a doctor-dentist, with a long standing practice in hospital treatment, along with permanent professional education and improvement, the participation at conferences and seminars, keeps pace with new developments and achievements.

All the contemporary oral surgery interventions of a polyclinical type are performed in his practice: specialist dentist reports with the planning of surgical therapy, interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialties (prothetics, ortodoncy, parodontology). The range of oral surgery extends from the most common interventions to contemporaty implantological interventions. Because of the required histopathological analyses, the practice cooperates with the Histopathological laboratory of the Institute for general pathology and pathological anatomy of the Faculty of medicine of the University of Rijeka, and maintains a permanent cooperation with the Institute for oral surgery of the Stomatological faculty of the University of Rijeka.
